Do I need to create an account in order to place a request?
- No, but we will need a way to contact you if you do not want to use the platform to receive messages, progress updates, or download responsive documents from it. You may add a phone number and mailing address if you prefer to be contacted that way.

I would like to request a copy of a Police Report - Can I still use NextRequest?
- You may place a request under CCJRA with LPD records directly - please contact Loveland Police Department.
I need reports from Loveland Fire and Rescue Authority or 911 records related to a fire:
- Please contact LFRA directly for more information about their records request process.
Where can I obtain copies of building permits?
- In most cases, you can find copies of Certificates of Occupancy and building permits directly through the Building Division.
I would like information about a property or zoning verification - do I need to place a records request?
- You can obtain this information from our current planning department.
